We take care of the production process through exhaustive quality control. At Cafès Callís we roast the coffee using the traditional slow roasting method to achieve the best organoleptic qualities.

Through our training classroom, we help professionals to acquire the barista knowledge with which to offer their customers a perfect cup, thus contributing to the improvement of expert knowledge about the world of coffee.
